Return & Refund Policy 退貨及退款政策

  1. There are no changes, exchanges and refunds for the goods after payment.
  2. No style or color exchanges.
  3. If there is a quality problem after acceptance of the product (excluding the above order risks), please request a replacement within 48 hours after receiving the product.

SF Express replacement: After contacting and confirming with our store, please send back the goods within 3 days and provide us with the SF express tracking number. If it exceeds 3 days, the goods will not be returned or exchanged.

Lai Chi Kok, HK studio replacement: After contacting and confirming with our store, please go to the store to replace the goods on the agreed date and time.

  • If the product that the customer wants to replace is out of stock, the store cannot replace it.
  • Please keep the complete package of the product intact, including product accessories, hang tags, packaging bags, etc. Once the tag is cut off, washed, used or defaced, and the smell of the product itself (such as perfume, body odor, smoke, etc.) remains, the product will not be accepted. Exchange request!
  • Once the product is damaged, it cannot be replaced.
  • Items on sale/promotions, no refunds or exchanges
  • If the store receives the returned goods, and the goods do not meet the detailed rules in the return policy, the store has the right to get back the shipping fee for the replacement from the customer and send back the original goods in the form of payment on delivery.

Received damaged/wrong item:

If the goods received by the customer are defective or the goods are sent by mistake, please take photos and contact us immediately.

Defective goods or wrong goods can only be exchanged for goods of the same style, color and size

Our store will arrange for replacement:

  1. After contacting and confirming with our store, the customer can return the goods to us, and we will bear the round-trip SF Express delivery fee.
  2. If the product in stock, we will resend the goods within 3 days after receiving the goods.
  3. If the product out of stock and need to be ordered, we will resend the goods within 7-14 days.
  4. If the product out of supply, customers can switch to other styles (make up/refund the difference) or apply for a full refund of the items.

If a refund is required, we can arrange for a refund in the following form:

- The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation / Hang Seng Bank / Bank of China (HK REGION ONLY)

- Payme

- Refund to the registered users of the website in the form of shopping discount dollor

 

【Definition of defects】: Large-scale damage or stains, buttons falling off, skewed version and other abnormal conditions that seriously affect wearing.

SELECTED LABEL has the final decision to interpret and define whether the returned product is eligible for return.

In case of any dispute, SELECTED LABEL reserves the right of final decision.
